Appointments are recommended to ensure prompt service. However, we also accommodate walk-in clients whenever availability permits.

3. What Should I Bring to My Appointment?

Please bring: A valid government-issued photo ID, The original document(s), Any supporting documents, if applicable, Do not sign your document before your appointment unless instructed to do so.

4. What Forms of Identification Do You Accept?

We accept valid government-issued photo identification, including:

- Passport

- Driver's Licence

- Ontario Photo Card

- Permanent Resident Card

- Other government-issued identification

5. How Long Does the Notarization Process Take?

Most appointments take between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the number and type of documents requiring notarization.

6. Can You Certify Copies of Original Documents?

Yes. We can certify true copies of many types of original documents, including passports, driver's licences, educational certificates, birth certificates, and other official records.

7. Do You Offer Mobile Notary Services?

Yes. We offer mobile notary services throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area for clients who are unable to visit our office.

Yes. We assist with preparing affidavits, statutory declarations, consent letters, invitation letters, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.

11. How Much Do Your Services Cost?

Our fees vary depending on the type of document and service required. Please contact us for a personalized quote before your appointment.

12. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept most major payment methods. Please contact our office if you have questions regarding available payment options.

13. Can You Help With Documents for International Use?

Yes. We assist clients with authentication and legalization (Apostille support) for documents intended for use outside Canada.
